Course Outline:
• Vital signs
• Incident management
• Airway management
• Breathing problems
• Circulation problems
• Treatment of injury: head, spine, chest, bleeding and shock
• Cardiopulmonary Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Hypothermia and Hyperthermia
• Common Illnesses: angina, heart attack, asthma, diabetes and epilepsy
• Awareness of current regulations
• Safe best practice
Duration: 2 days (16hrs)
Assessment and certification:
Students receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
